After living in the Buffalo MN area for 13 years, our A/C was ready for a replacement. Considering age and cost, I decided to get full system (furnace and A/C) quotes from 4 HVAC providers near me, each using a different brand of product (Amana, Rheem, Lennox, Goodman).As soon as I met with and received all the quotes, my decision was a very easy one. DeZiel was the obvious choice. The options offered were broken down in a very simple way (models, features, add-ons, rebates, pricing). They had availability to install that same week. The price of their quote beat the others by $1500 or more for the same or better product (Amana) installed.I am really amazed at how easy DeZiel has made the process for me. I've never had to replace HVAC for the 3 homes I've owned so this was a new process for me. DeZiel submits the energy rebates on my behalf, registers the HVAC products with the manufacturer for warranty, sends the inspection document from my city with steps detailed to complete the post-install inspection.The installation crew was very professional with scheduling all the way through the completion of the install.I still cannot believe what a good customer experience DeZiel has created. You seriously cannot go wrong using them for your Heating and Cooling needs.

I am about as environmentally sensitive as they come… I have always felt fine in my home, and all of a sudden one day I came downstairs and I was having an allergic reaction to something. We couldn’t figure it out. Coincidentally we were having this company come out to take a look at our air conditioner anyways. The technician who came was very knowledgeable about sensitivities like mine. I’m a nurse so I was testing him a little to see if he was pulling our leg or not. We had a different company out about 7 months ago to clean the ducts, etc. I was told by their “indoor environmental air specialist” that she didn’t know what a unit on the wall was and it didn’t matter, just don’t use it. Wow, awesome advice (super sarcastic voice). DeZiel knew what all devices in our utility room were and their purposes. Turns out, that “unknown” device was full of mold! That other company also told us to get a specific filter, it also turns out, it’s basically the equivalent of running a marathon with two N95 masks on, how adorable. (Again, lots of sarcasm here)! I am back to feeling healthy in my home and am not having any environmental reactions. Long story short, call DeZiel!Edit: their “specialist” was at my home not on official business which makes it even worse, I thought she was a friend. She gave me a friends up charge not a discount. We paid close to 3,000 to have ductwork cleaned. Yep, I’m a sucker.

Best company ever!!! My AC started having problems and they came out the same day I called. My AC was a more complicated problem and they needed to come out more than once and every time they came out they were so friendly and professional. The nicest guys ever. They took the time to explain thoroughly and answered all my questions. They are extremely fair with prices. They went above and beyond to get my AC working properly and now it's working better than it ever has! I have never been more pleased with a company. All the guys were so nice and knowledgeable but I really have to give a special shout out for Aaron. He really came through.Thank you DeZiel!! You have some amazing guys working for you.

Andrew was at my house doing the annual AC inspection. Super nice guy, knows what he is doing and even offered suggestions on how to get the most life out of my air conditioner.
