Our Team

Jeff – Install Manager

Jeff is our Service Technician and installer. He came to us with an HVAC service and install background and has exceeded our expectations since. He has been with DeZiel Heating and Air, Inc. since 2008.

Jeff is also an avid fisherman and outdoors man in general. Riding his four-wheeler is just one of the outdoor activities he enjoys. Jeff also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Alex – Installer

Alex graduated from Buffalo Highschool in 2018. He attended Dunwoody in the Fall of 2018 and graduated in May 2020 with a degree in HVAC. In his free time, Alex likes to be outdoors with his family, friends, and girlfriend.

Chase – Installer

Chase grew up in Buffalo but now lives in Cokato with his wife and daughter. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. Chase also values family time, his bucket list consists of going on a month long family road trip across the United States.

Joe – Service Manager

Joe is a 2010 graduate of Monticello High school. He has a huge passion for music and loves to sing karaoke. Feel free to ask him to share a tune! He loves going on random adventures with his wife Jenn and with his wild children, Jayden and Carter. Joe has been a great addition to our team!

John is a Buffalo native and a Buffalo High School graduate. He is married with three kids and six pets! John enjoys sports, camping, and spending time with his family. One thing on John’s bucket list is to go skydiving. To quote his coworker Nic, “Just Send It!”.

Nic – Service Technician

Always up for a challenge, Nic fits right in with our team. Nic is a 2007 Graduate of Monticello High School and loves working close to home! He enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and 3 daughters. In his free time he enjoys hunting and cooking! His bucket list includes a vacation in Italy and to eat a Denver Omelet in the city of Denver!

Taran – Service Technician

Taran is a Buffalo native, he graduated from Buffalo high school in 2011. In his free time, Taran likes to camp, fish, hunt, and ride his ATV on trails in Northern Minnesota. Taran also enjoys cooking, ask him about his famous BBQ ribs! One thing on Taran’s bucket list is to learn how to play “Little Wing” on the guitar.

Tyler – Comfort Consultant

Tyler has been able to call this beautiful city of Buffalo home for the last five years, growing up in Wright County he is very familiar with this amazing area. He is a husband to a beautiful wife and a father to three boys! In his free time you will find him with his family going for a walk, playing at the park, going on crazy adventures, at church or cheering on the Vikings on Sundays. Family is everything to Tyler, which makes him a perfect fit for the DeZiel Family! When Tyler comes out to your home, you can expect to crack a smile with his goofy personality and fun attitude.

Bruce – Comfort Consultant

Bruce grew up on the North Shore of Lake Superior, he moved to the Twin Cities area in 1995 and he has lived in the Monticello/ Buffalo are for 16+ years. In his free time, Bruce enjoys spending time with his two daughters, boating, swimming, cooking, and watching them in their various sporting events. Bruce also enjoys playing catch with his black lab that he rescued over a year ago. He has been a great addition to our comfort adviser team!

McKenna – Administration

McKenna is a 2019 graduate of Buffalo High School and is currently attending Normandale Community College for Human Resource Management. In her free time she enjoys being with family and her boyfriend Josh. Her hobbies include being outdoors, ATVing, and shopping.

Kelsy – Customer Service Representative

Kelsy was born and raised in Buffalo. She is very active in the community; from singing Christmas carols downtown to being a member of the Buffalo Lions Club. Kelsy has an eight year old daughter and loves spending time with family, music and fishing on the lake.

Megan – Financial Manager

Megan is a 2012 graduate of Buffalo High School and a 2018 graduate of St. Cloud State University. She loves spending time outdoors with her two boys and husband. Her hobbies include reading and cooking. One thing on her bucket list is to cruise the west coast in a convertible!

Corey – Service Manager

Corey is our Service Technician & Installer. Corey is a native of Buffalo, born and raised in our Community. His hobbies include demolition derbies and working on cars with his Dad and three brothers. It’s common to find Corey working on something to do with a motor! Corey’s background has been a great asset to his position with us. He is a great addition to our team! Corey also enjoys spending time and travelling with his wife Megan.

Dana – The Owner

Dana has been with DeZiel Heating and A/C, Inc. since 2003. She is in our accounting area and handles marketing. When Dana is not working or spending time with her family, she enjoys being outside. Spending time on the lake, running, walking are just a few of her favorite pastimes.

Mike – The Owner

Mike has been in the HVAC business since 1989. Mike spent 3 years attending Hennepin Technical Business College prior to his extensive career in the HVAC industry.

In Mike’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters traveling, Boating and riding his motorcycle.
