Mike and his crew were fabulous to work with — patiently answered my hundreds of questions about a new furnace and its installation in my house. They worked very hard to make sure we were happy with everything. Installation was tricky in our house and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with how the venting system looked on the outside of my house. He is always quickly available by phone or email and happy to answer any questions…No reservations in recommending DeZiel Heating & Air Conditioning at all! . AAAAAA+++++

I submitted my request in HomeAdvisor early on a Sunday morning. I received a call from the owner of DeZiel within 2 minutes. He was at my home professionally dressed in his DeZiel uniform within 1 hour. He diagnosed the problem and had a technician at my home by 6:45am the next morning to complete a full furnace replacement. I returned home from work and never knew they were there… except for new furnace working perfectly.

Awesome job! Very respectful of our property. Installed a full system for our larger home at a very competitive price. From the initial call to their office to the follow-up paperwork for rebates, DeZiel delivered 100%!. Thanks for the awesome job. We will tell everyone we know!!

I called them when my furnace stopped working, they came out within the hour and had it running. we decided to replace our furnace and a/c. they came out within three days. the installers were great. they did a fantastic job. they did run into a bunch of problems with the old furnace being installed improperly (duct, venting, wiring, & fuse issues)possibly saving major problems had we waited. after all was said and done, everything is running smooth and I paid no more then the initial quote. very happy with my decision.

The person who came to do the initial inspection was very patient and was willing to wait for my realtor to advise me. The technician talked me through my options and showed me how I could get an energy-efficient furnace at a reasonable price. I’m going through a very difficult time in my life now and DeZiel made things a bit easier- Thank you!
